Meet Corry

Agricultural Construction Expert

Growing up on a 40-cow registered red and white polled Holstein dairy farm in West DePere, Wisconsin, agriculture has always been more than just a career for Corry Roffers — it’s been a way of life. Raised on the farm alongside his father, Al Roffers, and his grandfather, Robert Roffers, Corry learned the value of hard work and craftsmanship from an early age. His grandfather, Robert, was a true pioneer, cutting trees from the land, sawing logs into lumber, and constructing all of the farm’s buildings by hand, from the house to the barn and every supporting structure in between. Robert also mixed his own concrete, poured foundations, and laid blocks, establishing a tradition of skilled, hands-on construction that would deeply influence Corry’s own career path.

Agriculture was always at the core of Corry’s upbringing. In addition to working alongside his father on the family farm, Corry spent summers working on his dad’s cousins’ farms, gaining invaluable experience in dairy farming. During this time, he also worked milking cows for Birling’s Bovines, LLC, a client of DairyLand Structures today — completing a full circle of connections that would later influence his professional life.

At 18 (in 2001), Corry started his formal career in construction, joining a concrete crew and focusing on pouring concrete for freestall barns — essential infrastructure for dairy farms. By the age of 21, he had been promoted to Concrete Foreman, where he not only demonstrated exceptional leadership skills but also began training his younger brother, Justin Roffers. Justin would later become Corry's right-hand man, eventually rising to the role of Vice President at DairyLand Structures, a testament to Corry’s mentorship and leadership.

Corry has become a recognized leader in the industry, specializing in the design and construction of barns, feed pads, manure processing structures, manure pits, and other essential agricultural infrastructure. His comprehensive understanding of both the farming and construction worlds enables him to create practical, durable solutions that address the unique challenges faced by the agricultural community.

Corry's deep commitment to sustainable building practices and quality craftsmanship is evident in every project he oversees. From improving energy efficiency to reducing environmental impact, Corry embraces the latest technologies and materials to ensure that each structure meets the needs of today’s farmers while standing the test of time. His dedication to building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional service has earned him the trust of farmers, ranchers, and agricultural businesses alike.

From working alongside his father on the family farm to becoming a trusted expert in agricultural construction, Corry Roffers embodies the values of hard work, innovation, and dedication. His passion for advancing the agricultural sector through quality construction and sustainable practices continues to shape the future of farming in Wisconsin and beyond.
